Easy Money:
After the mission where you dump Mario's body, you'll be in a casino. In the casino, you can pick up a few credit cards at the bar for about $1000 each, as well as a cell phone for less money. Pick this stuff up and go use a slot machine. As soon as the slots come up, exit back into the casino. The phone and cards will be there to grab again. Repeat until you've got enough moolah.
